Abstract
Purpose: We investigated the influence of visual functions by high caffeinated energy drinks.

Methods: We have examined thirty college men who consumed mainly high caffeinated energy drink about subjective refraction error, pupil size, tear break up time, blinking frequency, near point of convergence, amplitude of accommodation, accommodative facility and fusional vergence facility.

Results: After intaking high caffeinated energy drinks, there were no changes on subjective refraction error, blinking frequency and near point of convergence. After that time, pupil size was tend to be little bigger than before that time. Amplitude of accommodation became to maximize after intaking sixty minutes, recover after intaking ninety minutes. It had similar to before intaking those of tear break up time, near point of convergence, accommodative facility and fusional vergence facility.

Conclusions: It may affect visual function to intaking high caffeinated energy drinks. so we have to sublate rapid intake.
